FROM THE ARTIST

That time of day was the time for Prosecco while the sun set over Venice in winter. Everything moved peacefully and gently as people settled into their late afternoon routines. Winter in Venice was the best time to visit. No heat, smells or crammed streets to jostle with, but rather friendly chatter, chilled air, cleaner water and soft light. I joined a small group of artists capturing this view. AWARD OF EXCELLENCE 2019, International Juried "Impressionism" competition.
